01Industrial component partner

Specialist parts. Not shelf parts.

Precision coilingWire formingLaser weldingValue add

Most industrial requirements that reach SCS start where the catalogue stops: an awkward envelope, a difficult material, a geometry that has to do two jobs at once. Coiling, wire forming and value-added processes come together to turn that requirement into a controlled, repeatable component. Alongside that custom work, SCS has manufactured stainless steel construction wall ties in Limerick since 1979, CE certified and supplied with a Declaration of Performance to customers in 26 countries.

SCS supplies components and subassemblies. Equipment design, performance and certification responsibility remain customer-defined.

02Industrial components

Engineered around the requirement

SCS produces customer-defined spring, coil, wire form and subassembly geometries for specialist industrial equipment and systems.

  • Compression Springs

    Compression Springs

Custom compression geometries for actuation, load and motion-control functions.

  • Extension & Torsion Springs

    Extension & Torsion Springs

Hook-ended and leg-formed springs for return, tension and rotational requirements.

  • Construction Wall Ties

    Construction Wall Ties

Austenitic stainless cavity wall ties, made in Limerick since 1979. CE certified with a Declaration of Performance.

  • Formed Wire Components

    Formed Wire Components

2D and 3D wire forms: clips, hooks, links, rings and customer-defined shapes.

  • Welded Subassemblies

    Welded Subassemblies

Laser-welded wire and coil assemblies bringing several elements into one controlled part.

05Materials & complementary processes

Material is a decision, not a default

Material choice depends on the intended function, process route and customer specification, presented as a capability set rather than a claim that every material suits every component. Behind that sit long-term relationships with the world's leading certified medical, industrial and aerospace material suppliers, a dual-source strategy on critical raw materials so a long-life programme never depends on a single mill, and strategic safety stock on key alloys and high-running materials.
